Impact Masterclass: Impact measurement for a data-driven business case (APAC)

Building on earlier measurement foundations, this Masterclass explores how the B4SI Framework can be used to gather impact data to support compelling internal business cases and management insight.
The session will include:
- Guidance on how members can use B4SI’s Impact Toolkit to measure societal impacts and impacts on the business
- Examples of impact measurement in practice from across the Network
- An exploration of how B4SI Benchmark Data can strengthen the case for action, particularly at leadership level.
