LBG Conference 2019 – Impact: Beyond 2030 (AUS/NZL)

With a ‘to do’ list for the world set by the UN Sustainable Development Goals, but with only limited progress, it has never been more important for businesses, government and community organisations to work together to measure, report on and deliver meaningful impact.

Presented by Corporate Citizenship and kindly hosted by Suncorp, the 2019 LBG Conference, Impact: Beyond 2030 in Melbourne, Australia, will explore how companies are transforming their businesses to put impact at the core of their social investment programs, and highlight how organisations are using measurement to maximise the social impact of their strategies. The conference will explore the 10 actions for business identified by Corporate Citizenship in 2019.

Over two days, leaders from the social impact community will explore how existing social investment and social impact programs, as well as new routes to achieving impact, are part of the shift required to overcome the world’s most pressing future challenges.

The program will include an academic and industry knowledge exchange focused on the future of impact; the launch of a redefined and extended framework for community impact measurement, the ‘new LBG’ and a full day of panel discussions on topics including governance for impact, local and international social impact stories, and insights from the latest LBG data.
