However well thought out, LBG members often report that they struggle to engage employees in their companies’ volunteering programmes. At the same time, companies are measuring the impact of the volunteering programmes on their employees, but are unsure how to utilise the findings.
During this webinar we will cover some of the key steps a company can take to engage employees in impactful volunteering programmes. We will be joined by Deutsche Post who will present findings from their recent global volunteering survey. We will hear insights into how they measured the impact of volunteering on employees and how they are using the results to further engage their workforce into meaningful volunteering.
